I’m Deena—bookkeeper, problem-solver, serial-organizer, and founder of D.D. Bookkeeping.
After years of working in a wide range of administrative and accounting roles, I realized something: I’m at my best when I’m up to my neck in numbers. There’s something deeply satisfying about the logic of bookkeeping; figuring out where everything goes, fitting the puzzle pieces together, and making the financial picture make sense. It’s work that’s not just another four-letter word for me, it’s something I genuinely enjoy.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked with companies of all sizes and industries, often stepping into temporary roles where the books were behind or in disarray. I’ve seen how financial disorganization can drag a business down, and I take pride in helping owners regain control and find clarity and confidence. When your books are clean and current, your business can truly thrive.
I’m known for being efficient, detail-oriented, and highly proactive. I don’t cut corners, and I won’t quit until the job is done right. I’m fluent in QuickBooks, Excel, and most standard admin tools, and I love learning new systems if it helps me serve my clients better.
I started D.D. Bookkeeping to create more freedom in my life: freedom to work with clients I believe in, freedom to focus on quality service, and freedom to spend time with my family, no matter where in the world I happen to be.
